Sholeh Wolpé is an award winning Iranian-American poet, playwright and translator based in Los Angeles and Barcelona. Her own collection of exilic poetry, Keeping Time with Blue Hyacinths as well as her translation of Iran’s renowned classical and modern poetry have won her wide recognition in the US and abroad. She will be reading from her forthcoming book Abacus of Loss: a memoir in verse as well as her translations. Please join us for this wonderful occasion
